Rondo - 4v4v4

Mark out three 6x6m zones, each with 4 players. One player from each team defends in an opponent's zone, creating a 4v2 rondo within that zone. The goal for the team in possession is to complete 10 successful passes. If a defender wins the ball, play shifts to that defender's zone, and two new defenders enter that zone. Try to play one-touch and emphasize movement and communication.
