1v1 - Rectangle

Mark out a square. Place one defender on each side and a ball carrier in the center. The defenders must stay on the lines and are not allowed to press. The objective is for the player with the ball to create space by threatening the defenders, ultimately generating enough room to exit the square with the ball.
