Possession and transition
4v4 with a neutral player in the middle. Mark out two narrow wide channels and a larger central channel. Place a mini-goal at each end of the narrower channels. One team starts with the ball and passes it among themselves. The defending team positions one player in each wide channel and two players in the central channel. The attacking team passes the ball around until the opponents win possession. Play then switches direction, and the team that won the ball attacks, attempting to score in one of the small goals—still using only two players in the central zone. The neutral player always plays for the team in possession. When a team scores, the players rotate.
