Triangle passing - double
A double-triangle passing drill. Mark out a large triangle and a smaller one inside it. Position a player at each corner, with two players at one of the corners. The player with the ball passes to the player opposite, then makes a run and receives the return pass about halfway. That player plays a one-touch pass to the next player at the inner triangle, continues their run, and receives the ball back. They then pass to the next player at the next corner of the large triangle. The drill continues in this manner around the triangle. This drill is also excellent for use as a warm-up at the start of a training session or match.
