Double wall
Two teams, with at least four players on each side. Four walls in total—two on each side. The goalkeeper rolls the ball out to a teammate. The team must then try to build up play and create a scoring opportunity. The blue walls may be used freely. A poor pass against the wall or hitting the ball out of play results in possession going to the opposing team. The ball must touch at least one wall before a goal can be scored. Maintain high intensity, plenty of movement, and constant communication.
