Defensive line - Press/Cover

The defenders practice their positioning and working as a unit, with one defender pressing the ball while the others provide cover. The coach calls out a cone color or the name of a player to press. The other players shift into covering positions. When the coach calls "DROP", the players return to their standard positions. The pressing player must approach at an angle.
